LOPEZ Y ORTEGA,S.R.L., Our Company is a Company capable of carrying out multiples activities, of developing civil construction projects, physical infrastructure in the housing, commercial and tourist areas; supply raw material for its manufacture in finished products for the industry in general; and the importation, commercialization, transportation, metal-mechanical sector, distribution of hydrocarbon derivatives, especially those most demanding by national and international energy demand. In this sense, currently LOPEZ Y ORTEGA,S.R.L,, has participated in important Housing Projects in the Dominican Republic, and execution in other countries, giving the experience and knowledge that its associates have in the development of Housing Urban Development Projects, Apartments; Likewise, Commercial Alliances have been established in the Hydrocarbons Area for the supply of Fuels, commercialization, import and export, Commercial Alliances assumed with public and private companies in the energy sector.

VISION:

The commercial company LOPEZ Y ORTEGA, S.R.L, is an initiative that emerged as a bold undertaking by engineering professionals with the purpose of giving a connotation to construction in various branches, provision of services and commercial activities of a national and international nature, from an innovative perspective in correspondence with the demands of the new times and with the changes that in the scenarios of global development are incorporated in a context of economic growth, as in all areas, in harmony with humanism, the protection of the environment and the adaptation of the business community to the programs or plans that enormously demand a participative interrelation between the State and the private sector.

MISSION:

In tune with the Vision that serves as a paradigmatic horizon for LOPEZ Y ORTEGA, S.R.L., in addition to being constituted and registered under the rules of the commercial legal order of the United States of America, we chose to register the company in the Dominican Republic, among other reasons, for considering that it is one of the countries that have understood the need to develop its economy in a diversified manner, giving greater prevalence to activities with recognizable contribution to the Net Territorial Product (NTP), as is the case of tourism; which demands an infrastructure in the construction area, as well as a significant consumption of energy. Therefore, the company. LOPEZ Y ORTEGA, S.R.L., established itself as a mission to venture into the construction market, especially in regard to civil construction, supply of raw materials and, through energy trade, to relate to businessmen of the branches, financial sector, and with several public or mixed capital organizations with competence in energy matters, in order to join the initiatives of the development of the tourist activity offering the supply of hydrocarbons and their derivatives of greater requirement, in order to contribute with the economic growth plans designed in the aforementioned country, strictly and exhaustively ensuring the satisfaction of the intrinsic postulates in the company's Vision.
